Braised mushrooms in sour cream

A fragrant mushroom snack with a minimal set of ingredients is easy to prepare. Even a novice cook can handle it and it will take only 30 minutes to cook.

Sort the mushrooms, peel, cut off the tip of the leg and wash well. Put them in a preheated frying pan and sauté without oil over low heat for 5 minutes, covered with a lid. Remove the lid and fry for a couple of minutes to remove moisture.

Peel the onion, rinse and chop into small cubes.

Add oil to the mushrooms, put onions, add seasonings and stir vigorously. Cook the ingredients for 5 minutes.

Add sour cream to the dish, stir and boil. Simmer for 3 minutes over low heat. Turn off the heat, add washed and finely chopped dill and cover for a couple of minutes.
