Honey mushrooms in creamy sauce

The cream helps the mushroom flavor develop in the best possible way. This incredibly delicious dish can be combined with a side dish of pasta, cereals or potatoes.

Sort out the mushrooms, peel and wash well. Boil them for 10 minutes and toss them in a colander. Leave 50-100 ml. mushroom broth (depending on the desired thickness of the sauce), the rest can be used for other dishes or poured. Put a piece of butter in a hot frying pan, place the mushrooms with soy sauce and fry them for 5-7 minutes. Add flour and stir the mushrooms vigorously for 20-30 seconds.

Pour in broth and cream immediately and stir well until smooth. Darken the mushroom blank over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

At the same time, in a second preheated frying pan, fry the onion and garlic chopped in a small cube in sunflower oil. Cook it for 1-2 minutes until blush over medium heat.

Combine the onion and mushrooms, stir and turn off after a minute. Cover the sauce with a lid for 1 to 2 minutes for a richer aroma and flavor.
