I would like to share one more recipe for a simple and rather tasty dish, which will be an excellent option for a hearty lunch for the whole family. A dish of honey mushrooms with potatoes in sour cream turns out to be juicy and very appetizing. For its preparation, the simplest and most affordable ingredients are used.

First of all, carefully sort out the mushrooms, clean well of plant debris, and then rinse them thoroughly in cold water several times. Put the washed mushrooms in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour the required amount of cold water and add salt. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook mushrooms for 7-10 minutes.
Drain the boiled mushrooms through a sieve or colander. Then rinse under cold water and allow excess liquid to drain. Peel the onions and rinse under cold running water, then cut into cubes. Put a frying pan over medium heat and heat well, add a little vegetable oil, add chopped onion and fry until soft.
