To fry mushrooms with potatoes, you need a minimum of effort and very little time. Even a novice cook will cope with the process, and the result will exceed all expectations. An important nuance for additional flavoring of the dish is the addition of bacon pieces. Fried to a light crust, they intensify the aroma of mushroom with potatoes and the taste more intense. Honey mushrooms can be used both fresh and frozen.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Cut the bacon into small cubes. In a wide frying pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil until hot. Pour the chopped bacon into a frying pan and fry it at medium temperature until a light golden brown crust is formed. While the bacon is fried, boil the peeled and washed mushrooms for ten minutes. After cooking, put the mushrooms in a colander and let the broth drain. If frozen mushrooms are used, then before frying it is worth slightly defrosting them to get rid of some of the moisture.
Bon Appetit!
