Wash the ripe and pretty eggplants thoroughly.

Dry the eggplants and cut into slices no more than one centimeter thick. Pour the required amount of drinking water into a deep saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Pour in vinegar and salt to taste. Bring to a boil again and add the prepared eggplant. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

After the time has passed, drain the eggplants through a sieve or colander, leave for a while to let the excess liquid glass and cool completely.

Wash the bell peppers and hot peppers thoroughly. Remove seeds and cores from them. Peel the garlic and rinse.
