Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, cut the tails on both sides, then put them in a deep container and cover with cold water. Leave to soak for about 2 hours. In the meantime, wash the jars well and sterilize them in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Boil the lids or pour over with boiling water.
step 2 out of 6
Rinse dill umbrellas and blackcurrant leaves under water, shake off excess moisture and put on the bottom of the jars. Peel the garlic, rinse under cold water and put in jars. Add black peppercorns and cloves. Fill the jars with cucumbers, and put the dill umbrellas on top. Pour in pre-prepared boiling water and cover with lids.
step 3 out of 6
Leave it on for 7-10 minutes. Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, drain the water from the cans, add the required amount of granulated sugar, salt, Jalapeno sauce and apple cider vinegar. Stir well until smooth. Put the saucepan on moderate heat. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
step 4 out of 6
Pour cucumber jars with hot marinade and roll up with sterile lids using a seaming machine.
step 5 out of 6
Turn hot jars with spicy cucumbers upside down, wrap them in a towel or warm blanket, and leave to cool completely in this position for about 12-16 hours.
step 6 out of 6
Store completely cooled jars of spicy cucumbers in tomato sauce in a cool, dark place.

Bon Appetit!
