I want to share an interesting winter recipe for hot cucumbers in tomato paste. A savory cucumber appetizer will delight you and become your favorite. Cooking spicy cucumbers shouldn't take much of your time. Even a novice hostess can handle a simple recipe.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, pat dry on a kitchen towel, or use paper towels, cut the ponytails on both sides, then cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.

Put the required amount of tomato paste in a saucepan, pour in drinking water, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency. Add the required amount of granulated sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, black pepper, coriander, bay leaf, allspice and salt, stir and heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.

Wash the bell pepper thoroughly, dry it, peel it of seeds and core, cut it in any way convenient for you and put it in the marinade. Peel the garlic, rinse under cold water, and then pass through a press, grate on a fine grater or chop with a blender. Place in a saucepan and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Gently remove the hot cucumber jars in tomato paste and screw the lids well. Gently turn hot jars of snacks upside down, wrap them in a terry towel and leave them to cool completely for about 12-24 hours.
