Spicy tomatoes in a bag

Packaged lightly salted spicy tomatoes are a great option for a quick vegetable snack that can be prepared in minutes from foods close at hand or in your garden. We prepare the tomatoes, add the spices and you're done! You just have to wait a little while the tomatoes are marinated and you can serve them on the table!

We wash the tomatoes under a stream of warm running water, put them on a kitchen towel and leave them for 10-15 minutes to dry. Next, using a sharp knife in each tomato, we make an incision crosswise to half the tomato. Peel the garlic, rinse and cut the chives into several pieces. Place each bar in the middle of the tomato cut.

Place the tomatoes stuffed with garlic in a clean plastic bag.

Rinse fresh herbs under a stream of cool running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry out a little. Then chop the greens finely. We also wash hot peppers and cut them into small rings.
