Wash the chicken, pat dry with a paper towel and cut each fillet into 3 horizontal slices. Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer on both sides, pre-covering with a cellophane bag or cling film. This will prevent the pieces of meat from scattering on the walls. Place the broken fillet pieces into a bowl. Add salt, lemon juice, seasonings, granulated garlic, black pepper. Mix everything so that each chop is covered with a mixture of spices and juice. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let sit on the table for 25-30 minutes.
Lay foil on a baking sheet, parchment on top of it. Coat the parchment with vegetable oil. Dip each piece of meat on both sides in flour, then in raw eggs, broken into a bowl and shaken with a fork, milk and salt. Then dip the fillet into the breadcrumbs.
