Pork chop in the oven in foil

Pork chops with apples and cheese baked in foil in the oven are soft, juicy and delicate in taste. If you need a beautiful golden crust, remove the foil on top at the end of baking.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Cut the pork meat into 2 pieces and beat well with a kitchen hammer. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning.
step 2 out of 6
Cut the onion into thin half rings and arrange over the chops. Top with mustard and sour cream.
step 3 out of 6
Cover a baking sheet or baking dish with foil, grease with sunflower oil. Place the prepared chops carefully on the foil. Peel apples, remove seeds, cut into thin slices. Place the apples on top of the onions in sour cream and mustard.
step 4 out of 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the chops with it. Cover the meat with a piece of foil on top, send to the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
step 5 out of 6
Next, remove a piece of foil on top and bake the pork for another 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and bakes into a golden crust.
step 6 out of 6
Serve hot pork chops with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables.

Bon Appetit!
