Pork neck chops in a pan

Chops are a hearty and delicious dish made from pre-beaten meat. Chops are made from any type of meat. Chops are especially popular with the male half of the population. Prepare the neck, rinse well under water, pat dry with paper towels. If the meat is a whole piece, cut it into steaks.

Cover the meat steaks with cling film and beat well on both sides with a kitchen hammer.

Salt the beaten meat and add the pork seasoning. Place in a bowl.
