Pork chops in a pan with mushrooms

In this recipe, you are invited to cook pork chops with mushrooms in a pan. The dish cooks faster than in the oven, and the meat will also be crispy. Pork tenderloin is the best choice for these chops. We will stuff them with canned mushrooms and bake them with cheese.

Cut the meat across the grain into 1 cm thick slices. Hammer each slice, as for regular chops, and sprinkle it with salt and spices to taste.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil well and fry the chops in it until golden brown on both sides. Fry over high heat. Do not remove the fried meat from the pan.

Peel the onions and cut them into thin quarter rings. Open the jar of mushrooms and drain the marinade. Cut the champignons into small pieces. Fry mushrooms with onions in another pan.

The resulting mushroom filling is evenly spread on pieces of meat. Grind the hard cheese into a coarse grater and sprinkle the chops with it.
