Pork chops in a frying pan in batter

The chop pork should be fresh and cut across the grain. About an hour and a half before cooking, marinate the meat in spices and vegetable oil, then it will turn out juicy and tasty.

It is better to take the meat from the shoulder or neck. Wash the pork, dry it and cut into slices 1.2-1.5 centimeters thick. Cover each piece of meat with cling film and beat with a kitchen hammer. Fold the broken pieces into a bowl, sprinkle them with salt, spices and pour with two tablespoons of sunflower oil, mix the meat gently and leave to marinate for 1-1.5 hours.

Take two wide bowls. Beat three eggs in one bowl and flour in the other.

Pour sunflower oil into a preheated skillet. Dip each piece of chop in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and send to the skillet. Fry the chops on both sides with the lid closed until the meat is tender.
