Pork chops with pineapple in the oven

Pineapples, juicy and sweet, go well with fatty pork. Such chops are very easy to prepare, and their taste and appearance are very attractive: they can be successfully served on a festive table, or you can please your family on any weekday. It is advisable to cut meat for chops into thin plates so that the baking process is not long.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Dry the meat with paper towels. We cut across the fibers into plates of approximately the same size. We put the chopped meat on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer on both sides. Sprinkle each chop with salt and black pepper on all sides. Rub the spices into the meat with our palms. Lightly grease the form or baking sheet in which the chops will be baked with vegetable oil and spread the prepared meat plates at a short distance from each other.
step 2 out of 4
Dry the pineapple rings with paper towels to remove excess liquid and lay them on top of each chop. Using a culinary silicone brush, grease each pineapple chop with sour cream.
step 3 out of 4
Three cheese on a grater with large holes. Sprinkle the pineapples with grated cheese, forming a rather dense cheese layer. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the dish with chops to a medium level for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese crust is well browned.
step 4 out of 4
We take out the finished chops from the oven and serve immediately while they are hot. In the center of each chop, in the hole in the pineapple ring, place the pitted olive. When serving, garnish with finely chopped herbs, if desired.

Bon Appetit!
