Pork chops with pineapple

The combination of pork with pineapple is always delicious. And when onions and cheese are added to them, the dish is baked in the oven - you can treat guests with such chops at a holiday or prepare a large baking sheet for dinners for the whole family.

Wash the meat, dry with paper towels and cut into thin layers, beat off with a kitchen hammer. Rub the pork with salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Spread pieces of beaten meat on it, put onion on top, peeled and cut into thin rings. Grease each chop with mayonnaise.

Put the pineapple rings in a sieve to drain the juice. Then spread out 1 ring for each chop, pour over all with mayonnaise again.
