Pork chops with prunes

The combination of tender pork and juicy prunes is a very successful one. It is important to choose a good piece of meat, it can be a ham or a tender neck, as well as use high-quality prunes. Such a dish can easily become a table nail. Serve with fresh vegetables and potatoes - a classic, perfect combination.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We prepare the necessary products: we dry the meat and cut into slices 0.7-1 cm thick.Wash the prunes thoroughly in hot water, pour boiling water over and let stand for ten to fifteen minutes. Then we take out the fruits and squeeze out the excess liquid. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We cut the walnuts into small pieces with a knife or turn them into large crumbs with a chopper.
step 2 out of 7
Place the slices of meat on a cutting board and beat them on both sides with a hammer through cling film. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper on both sides. Pour the flour onto a flat plate. We put each chop in flour and sprinkle it on the meat from all sides. Press the flour to the surface of the chops with our palms.
step 3 out of 7
Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it on the stove until hot. Put broken pork slices in flour in a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and place on a separate plate covered with a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
step 4 out of 7
Place the chops on a heat-resistant dish. Divide the prunes by hand into flat halves and put them on the chops around the entire perimeter. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
step 5 out of 7
Pour grated cheese on walnuts. We wash the tomato, dry it and cut it into thin cubes. Put several tomato slices on each chop.
step 6 out of 7
We put the dish with prepared chops in the microwave for a couple of minutes at maximum power so that the cheese is completely melted.
step 7 out of 7
Decorate the finished chops with fresh parsley leaves and tomatoes. Recommended to be served hot.

Bon Appetit!
