Pork chops with garlic

To make the pork chops tender and not very fatty, but at the same time juicy and aromatic, we first seal them in a hot frying pan in garlic oil, and then bake them in the oven in a fragrant sauce according to a quick and easy recipe.

Free the meat from films and fat. Cut it into medallions, 1 cm thick, rub salt and pepper into the pork.

Preheat a frying pan with oil, put a clove of garlic, peeled and cut into several plates in it, keep it on low heat in oil for 1-2 minutes for aroma and remove. Seal the pork over medium heat, roasting for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the meat on a plate.
