We prepare products for chops. Dry the meat with a paper towel. We wash and dry the tomatoes.

Sprinkle the broken pieces of pork with salt, black pepper and other favorite spices, if desired.
step 4 out of 9
Grease the form with butter and put the chops into it tightly to each other.

step 6 out of 9
On each chop, first put some onion rings, then cover them with tomato circles. Thus, we put all the onions and tomatoes.
step 7 out of 9
Grate the cheese on a grater with large holes, place it in a bowl. Add sour cream and stir the mixture with a spoon.
step 8 out of 9
Cover each chop with a cheese mixture. We put the form in an oven preheated to 190 degrees on the middle-lower level and bake for 20-25 minutes. By the end of baking, the meat should be soft, and the cheese should be golden brown on top.
step 9 out of 9
We take out the finished chops from the oven and immediately place them on portioned plates. Serve hot with fresh vegetables.
