Oven pork chops without mayonnaise

We bake juicy pork chops in cheese batter in the oven. This meat will melt in your mouth and, thanks to the special cooking technique, will be tender.

Rinse the pork under running water and dry with a paper towel, cut off the fat.

Cut the meat into finger-sized pieces.

Sprinkle the pork with salt and spices on both sides. Beat off each piece and set aside.
