Breaded pork chops

For pork chops, it is advisable to choose an oblong sirloin meat. Thanks to the breading of eggs and flour, the dish is delicious even without bread and garnishes. And for the chops, we will prepare the garlic sauce with dill, thanks to which they will be even tastier.

Sift the flour into a flat, wide plate. Beat eggs with a fork separately, add salt and pepper. Cut the meat into thin pieces and beat with a hammer, wrapped in cling film. Rub the pork seasoning over the cuts of meat, and if there is no salt in it, add salt.

Preheat a skillet with oil. Dip a piece of meat in flour.

Transfer to a bowl of eggs and turn over so that the batter is all over.

Place the chop in a skillet and simmer until golden brown. Place as many pieces side by side as the pan can hold, turn over to the other side and fry too.
