Pork tenderloin chops are distinguished by their particularly tender meat. To add juiciness, we use mustard marinade and soy sauce. Fried until golden brown, such juicy and aromatic chops cannot but please.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Cut the pork tenderloin across the fibers into plates a centimeter and one and a half thick. Place the sliced meat on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer on both sides. Pork tenderloin is a rather tender type of meat, so you do not need to be zealous when beating. It is enough to slightly break the meat fibers.
Heat vegetable oil in a small amount in a pan until hot. Put the chops in a skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown on medium-high temperature. The browning time will be approximately three to four minutes on each side. It is important not to overdry the meat. Put the finished chops on portioned plates and serve hot on the table.
Bon Appetit!
