Pork chops in the oven with cheese

Pork chops baked with cheese are always tasty and satisfying. These two products work well together. But what if the cheese crust is slightly softened with sour cream and shaded with mustard? The result will delight you with a delicious classic combination, but with a new interesting shade.

Rinse the pork and dry it with paper towels.

We cut a piece into plates with a thickness of seven to ten millimeters across the fibers. We put the plates on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer on both sides.

Sprinkle the broken pieces of pork with salt and black pepper, rub the spices into the meat with your palms. Let the pork lie down for five to ten minutes.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay the chops on it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a baking sheet with chops in it on a medium-low level. Bake the chops for 25 minutes.

While the chops are baking, prepare a cheese coating for them. Grate the cheese with small holes, put it in a bowl. Mix the grated cheese with sour cream and French mustard. Spread the resulting mass with a spoon on the baked chops after 25 minutes of baking.
