A pie with a blueberry filling, regardless of the type of dough it is cooked on - shortbread, yeast, puff or unleavened - always pleases with its delicate taste and beautiful appearance. This recipe is for yeast-baked lovers.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Then pour warmed milk into the flour, break an egg, pour in vegetable oil and add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and salt. First, with a spoon, and then with your hands, knead the dough for 10 minutes so that it does not stick to your palms. Roll the dough into a bun, cover with a napkin and place it in any warm place for 1 hour.
You can use the kneaded dough to bake two small cakes or one big one, whatever you like. Divide the dough into two halves and each into larger and smaller pieces. Roll large pieces into flat cakes up to 1 cm thick. Place blueberries on the cakes and sprinkle with sugar and starch of your choice. The starch is needed so that the filling becomes thick and does not flow out of the cake.
Delicious and successful baking!
