A vegetable stew made from fresh vegetables without frying is a great option for a healthy lunch or dinner. A wide variety of vegetables stewed in vegetable broth with the addition of curry and coriander, by the way, will come in handy for supporters of proper nutrition and for those who do not consume meat products. The number and types of vegetables can be changed to your taste - turn on your imagination and start cooking!
Ingredients
Cooking process
Put onions and carrots, chopped tomatoes in a deep frying pan with vegetable oil and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Then add potatoes and vegetable broth to the pan, mix and simmer under the lid for 12-15 minutes. Then add cauliflower to the vegetables, mix and simmer for 10-12 minutes under the lid. A couple of minutes before cooking, add spices to vegetables, mix and remove from heat.

What nonsense. I'm looking for a specific recipe, I see "no frying" in the title. We read, and comes across, "take a frying pan" !!!
