Vegetable stew for children

The child often does not want to eat vegetables, so we suggest preparing a delicious dish from these seasonal vegetables - a stew. Cooking with zucchini, sweet peppers, carrots and onions. For a child under 1 year old, the finished stew can be chopped with a blender.

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet (you can add butter) and fry the onion in it until transparent.

Wash the celery sprig and chop finely. Peel the carrots and chop on a medium grater. Transfer celery and carrots to a skillet with onions and simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
step 3 out of 8
Wash the zucchini and pepper, peel and cut into small cubes.
step 4 out of 8
Transfer them to a skillet and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
step 5 out of 8
Then place a spoonful of tomato sauce in the stew.
step 6 out of 8
Salt the ragout to your liking and add a pinch of spices (coriander, nutmeg or pepper mix) and mix well. Simmer the stew for a few more minutes and turn off the heat.
step 7 out of 8
Bake the salmon sausage separately or boil the sausage.
step 8 out of 8
Put the finished stew together with the sausage into a portioned plate and you can feed the baby.
