Next, you need to rinse the tomatoes. Then we fill them with boiling water, after making a cruciform incision on each fruit, and leave for ten minutes. Then rinse the tomatoes with cool water and remove the skin from them. The next step is to cut the prepared tomatoes into small slices. Grind the tomato slices with a blender until they are puree.
After that, add tomato puree to the total mass, garlic passed through a press, bay leaf, salt, chili and black pepper.
