Vegetable stew with lentils

Hearty lentils make any dish richer. Try the vegetable stew with legumes. The dish can be served both independently and as an addition to meat or fish.

Rinse the lentils in cold water and boil until half cooked for 15-20 minutes.

We wash the vegetables and, if necessary, peel them. Then cut into small pieces. Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences.
