Vegetable stew with meat is a two-in-one dish. According to this recipe, you will get the most tender meat in a thick sauce with vegetables and herbs.

Wash the pork and cut into small pieces. Place the meat in a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into slices. Add the onions and carrots to the skillet with the meat, and fry together for about 2 minutes.

Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes, put it in a saucepan or cauldron, where the vegetable stew will be stewed. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and place with the courgette.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off, then chop finely. Add them to the cauldron and stir.
