Vegetable stews are tastier when cooked with chicken. Breast is best, it cooks quickly and turns out to be very tender and juicy.

Wash the chicken breast, cut into cubes and fry in sunflower oil.

Wash the vegetables, peel and cut into cubes.

Pour a little sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the potatoes first, then add carrots, peppers and onions. Place the tomatoes last.

When vegetables are fried, add sour cream and simmer until tender over low heat. Then add the chicken, season and salt to taste, stir the stew, close the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes. Decorate the finished dish with herbs and serve.
