Vegetable stew with chicken

Vegetable stew with chicken is a classic dish that many of us have known since childhood. Chicken fillet is added to zucchini, onions, tomatoes and carrots for flavor and satiety.

Peel and wash carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into semicircles, finely chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.

Wash the zucchini and cut into medium cubes and add to the pan.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them off. Grind them in a blender. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
