Vegetable stew with zucchini and chicken is definitely one of the most delicious and appetizing! The pleasant golden crust of chicken pieces and soft, juicy courgettes complement each other perfectly. And if you add to them a little carrots, peppers, tomatoes and a sour cream dressing, it will turn out just amazing!

We wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small strips. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken for 10 minutes. over moderate heat.
