Oven vegetable stew with chicken breast

Even the most ordinary products cooked in the oven can become a real culinary masterpiece and brighten up any festive dinner. Delicate chicken baked with vegetables is exactly the option.

Wash the vegetables, peel and cut into large cubes, disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences.

Mix chopped vegetables in a bowl, add sunflower oil, salt and spices. Wash the chicken breast, cut into cubes and add to the vegetables, stir.

Line the tin with foil, place the vegetables and meat in it, cover the tin with a second sheet of foil and secure the edges tightly. Bake the stew in the oven at 200 degrees for 75 minutes.
