An appetizing and very satisfying vegetable dish with tender pieces of meat can be easily prepared in a slow cooker. It's very convenient and the stew doesn't burn at all. The dish turns out to be very tasty, juicy and incredibly healthy!

Rinse all vegetables thoroughly with water. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Finely chop the cabbage, and peel the pepper from the seeds and cut into strips of small thickness.

Cut the tomatoes into fairly large cubes.

Peel the pork from the veins, cut into pieces and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown in the "frying" mode for about 10 minutes.

Add all the vegetables to the pork, add water, salt and season the stew with ground pepper. Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "stew" mode and cook vegetables for 40 minutes.
