Stew with pumpkin and meat is a delicious and satisfying dish for the whole family! The recipe is simple, but the stew turns out to be rich, with a pleasant sweetish aftertaste. Pumpkin goes well with any type of meat, including beef. You can serve stew as an independent dish, or in addition to a side dish.

Rinse the beef, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up. Fry the meat over high heat until golden brown.

Peel the onions, cut into half rings or more finely. We send the onions to the beef pan and fry everything together for about 5 minutes.
