Juicy vegetables like pumpkin, squash, and peppers complement the taste of potatoes perfectly. Garlic and celery add spice and flavor to vegetables. We will cook vegetable stew in a multicooker, which will simplify the cooking process by evenly heating the bowl from all sides and even cooking vegetables.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into cubes. Turn the multicooker to the "Stew" mode for 35-40 minutes, pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and put the onion.

While the onion is fried a little, we will peel and rinse the potatoes. Let's cut it into cubes and send it to the onion. We close the lid of the multicooker and leave the vegetables to simmer.

If you don't have fresh pumpkin, it doesn't matter. You can use frozen. If the pumpkin is fresh, peel and seed it and cut it into cubes. After 10 minutes of stewing onions and potatoes, you can add pumpkin to them.

We wash the zucchini, remove the stalk. Our zucchini is young and we will not peel off the skin, it is still quite soft. Cut the zucchini into cubes. We send the zucchini to the slow cooker 10 minutes after the pumpkin. Stir the vegetables and continue to simmer.
