Vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat

Stew of stewed vegetables with mushrooms and meat is a fragrant hot dish. It's filling and yet easy to make from the simplest ingredients with the indispensable kitchen helper.

Rinse a piece of meat, pat dry with a towel and cut into small squares. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots, wash and coarsely grate.

Set the "Baking" mode in the multicooker, pour in the oil, immerse the meat in the bowl, stir and cook for 30 minutes. Add vegetables to the meat, stir and simmer for 10 minutes until beep.
