In this recipe, the stew is made with potatoes, bell peppers, eggplant and tomatoes. You can change the composition and quantity of vegetables to your liking.

Peel and wash the selected stew vegetables. Cut the eggplant, tomato, pepper, onion and garlic into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into the same pieces as the rest of the vegetables.

Pour water into the steamer according to the instructions. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl of rice, sprinkle with salt to your liking.
