Here's another way to prepare a vegetable stew. Cooking in a double boiler. This kitchen gadget does not distort the taste of vegetables, retains all their useful properties well and does not require a lot of oil, which is important for PP. In this recipe, the stew is made with potatoes, bell peppers, eggplant and tomatoes. You can change the composition and quantity of vegetables to your liking.

Pour water into the steamer according to the instructions. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl of rice, sprinkle with salt to your liking. Place the potatoes at the bottom of the bowl, and then the rest of the vegetables. Distribute all food evenly in the bowl so that the vegetables are steamed equally. You can put a piece of foil on top of the vegetables, then the dish will cook faster. Close the lid of the steamer and set the time: 25 minutes.
