Vegetable juice prepared for the winter is a delicious source of vitamins during the cold season. The technology for preparing vegetable juices is quite simple, it can be easily done at home. You can not only enjoy the taste of such a healthy drink every day, but also include it in the festive table menu.

First, you need to prepare the main ingredients. Peel the carrots, rinse, chop coarsely.

The bell peppers should also be rinsed. Next, cut each fruit into several pieces, cut out the seeds and stalk.

Cut the well-washed tomatoes in half or into quarters.

Use any juicer to squeeze the juice out of the vegetables. If there is no juicer in the arsenal, you can use a regular meat grinder, followed by squeezing the resulting mass through cheesecloth (you can also use a fine sieve).
