Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for the whey oat pancakes. Remove the whey and chicken eggs from the refrigerator and warm up at room temperature.
step 2 out of 11
Prepare two deep containers. In one container, combine the required amount of instant oatmeal and wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve. Mix well. Break the chicken eggs into a second bowl, add granulated sugar, salt and vanilla sugar, beat until fluffy.
step 3 out of 11
Heat the whey slightly over low heat or in the microwave. Add the required amount of baking soda and stir thoroughly until a frothy reaction forms. Pour the resulting egg mass into the dry ingredients. Mix well with a mixer or whisk until smooth.
step 4 out of 11
Pour the whey and baking soda into the resulting dough and mix thoroughly until smooth. Tighten the container with cling film and leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
step 5 out of 11
Sort the raisins thoroughly, rinse in cold running water, then pour over boiling water, and then pat dry with paper towels. Then add to the rested dough.
step 6 out of 11
Stir the dough well until smooth.
step 7 out of 11
Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet well over moderate heat. Then brush it with just a drop of vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, gently place the dough at a distance from each other. Once the dough has set well and thickens, use a spatula to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry for a couple more minutes.
step 8 out of 11
Put the finished oatmeal pancakes on a dish or a large plate, first covering them with paper towels or napkins so that the excess oil is absorbed.
step 9 out of 11
Then transfer to a serving plate.
step 10 out of 11
Serve oat pancakes on the table in portions with honey.
step 11 out of 11
Whey oat pancakes can also be served with jam or fresh berries.

Enjoy some delicious whey oat pancakes!
