Banana oat pancakes

Adding banana to pancakes makes them tastier and more nutritious, and bananas can be bought at the store any time of the year. In this recipe, we will make pancakes with oat flour and milk. Instead of flour, you can use oatmeal, so the flakes will feel in the pancakes.

Heat a dry skillet, pour oatmeal into it and dry them over low heat for 5 minutes. Then leave them to cool.

Break eggs into a bowl for kneading dough, add sugar to them and add a pinch of salt. Whisk the eggs well.

Pour milk over the beaten eggs and stir again. Grind the chilled flakes in a blender bowl or coffee grinder and pour into the milk and egg mixture. Then add baking powder to the mixture and knead the dough until smooth. The dough should be like sour cream in consistency.
