Pancakes without flour

Lovers of all kinds of pancakes will appreciate this recipe. Instead of flour, we use semolina, due to which the baked goods are soft and tender. Pancakes can be served with jam, honey or sour cream with a cup of hot aromatic tea.

Pour the semolina into a deep bowl.

Add kefir at room temperature to the cereal, stir and leave for 30 minutes to swell the semolina.

Mix eggs, salt and sugar separately for a few minutes, using a blender or mixer.

Transfer the egg mixture to the semolina and stir.

Melt the butter in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and pour into a bowl of dough.

Add baking soda, stir and set aside for 10 minutes. so that kefir extinguished it.

Spoon the dough into a hot pan and fry on both sides for 2 minutes until golden brown and stack on top of each other.
