Oatmeal pancakes

Oatmeal pancakes will be an ideal breakfast dish for children, athletes and people who adhere to a healthy diet. Pancakes are prepared in a completely dry skillet. Chopped almonds and milk are added to the dough. The sauce can be made from any berries, even frozen ones.

Measure out the correct amount of oatmeal.

Transfer them to a kneading bowl. Add flour sifted on a sieve to the flakes.

Measure in the indicated amount sour cream, milk, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla.

Grind the almonds with a coffee grinder.

Pour all dry ingredients to oatmeal, add chopped almonds and mix.

In a separate container, mix well the eggs with milk and sour cream.

Pour the resulting mixture over the oatmeal, knead the dough until smooth and leave for 15 minutes to swell the flakes.

Preheat a dry skillet. Spoon the dough into small pancakes with a spoon.

Fry pancakes over low heat and until golden brown on both sides.

Place the previously defrosted raspberries in a metal container, add sugar to it and place the container on low heat.

In a glass, mix the starch and water. Pour the resulting mixture in a thin stream to the boiled berries, actively stirring everything with a spoon. Cook the berry sauce only until it thickens and turn off the heat.
