Pancakes with sour milk

Pancakes with sour milk will seem to someone a familiar recipe, like pancakes with kefir, but to someone they will be a novelty. Such pancakes have a slightly different taste from ordinary ones, and must be cooked with well-sour milk. We fry pancakes in a dry frying pan and completely without oil.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Break an egg into a deep bowl, add sugar to it and beat everything with a mixer into a thick light mass.
step 2 out of 8
Heat the sour milk a little in the microwave or in a water bath and pour it into a bowl. Add vegetable oil to this mass and beat again.
step 3 out of 8
Pour flour into this mixture through a sieve or sieve separately and add to a bowl.
step 4 out of 8
Knead the dough with a mixer until smooth and the consistency of condensed milk.
step 5 out of 8
Then pour baking soda into the dough, stir so that air bubbles appear on the surface, and leave the dough for 15 minutes to proof.
step 6 out of 8
Preheat a dry skillet (non-stick or special pancake maker). Pour the cooked dough into the skillet with a ladle or large spoon and bake the pancakes over low heat.
step 7 out of 8
Fry them on both sides until an even golden brown and until the whole pancake is covered in large bubbles.
step 8 out of 8
Serve butter, honey or jam with cooked pancakes and invite everyone to breakfast.

Bon Appetit!
