Pancakes with cream

Pancake flour products are native to North America. They are similar to our pancakes and pancakes at the same time, but they taste more like a biscuit, although they look like a thick, round pancake of a small size. It is best to bake pancakes in a non-stick skillet without adding oil to make them very fluffy. Serve pancakes with maple syrup, whipped cream or fresh berries and pieces of fruit.
