Pancakes with sour cream are more magnificent than those mixed with water or kefir. You will have a hearty breakfast, a sweet snack, and dessert for tea. It is only important to knead the dough correctly, as recommended in the proposed recipe.

In a bowl for kneading dough, pour the amount of flour sifted on a sieve specified in the recipe and add sugar and soda to it. Mix everything with a whisk.

Then put sour cream, a pinch of salt in the flour and mix as much as possible. You should have a thick dough.

Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add vanillin to them and beat them with a mixer, preferably submersible.

Pour the beaten eggs into the dough and add the butter, melted in the microwave. Then knead a homogeneous dough with a whisk.
