Pancakes in a multicooker are a great breakfast not only for children, but also for adults. They are prepared easily and quickly, but they turn out to be tasty, tender and satisfying. Pancakes cook very well in a slow cooker. Such a dish can be prepared as a delicacy for tea drinking and become a tradition of the everyday menu.

Split the chicken eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. For now, put the proteins aside (you can put them in the refrigerator).

We send the yolks into a convenient container, add sugar and rub everything with a whisk.

Pour half of the required amount of milk into the yolks. We mix everything.

Mix the wheat flour with baking powder, sift and then gradually add the dry mixture to the liquid base. Stir and then pour in the other half of the milk. Knead everything thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained. You can use a mixer.

Then add the whipped egg whites to the dough and mix gently. As a result, the dough should be thick enough.

In the multicooker, turn on the "Fry" mode. When the bottom of the bowl warms up well, take a tablespoon and start spreading the pancakes. Next, you need to close the lid and wait about 30 seconds.
