Ruddy mouth-watering pancakes for breakfast just can't help but like it. Their pulp is soft and tender, the crust is golden and dense. It takes a couple of minutes to prepare the dough, and frying pancakes will also not take much time. Serve these traditional American pancakes with a variety of syrups, honey, berries and fruits.

In a volumetric bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: pour in flour, sugar, soda, salt. Stir everything together several times with a whisk to mix all the ingredients. Break the egg over the dry mixture.

Using a mixer or a whisk, manually stir the egg with dry ingredients, alternately adding milk, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Stir everything until the lumps disappear and a completely homogeneous dough is obtained.

A non-stick frying pan is required to fry pancakes. Since the dough already contains oil, it is no longer necessary to grease such a frying pan with oil. Preheat the pan to a hot state and pour the dough onto it in the form of small circles of the desired diameter with a spoon. To make the pancakes round, the dough must be poured out of the spoon, holding it vertically, allowing the mass to drain towards the spout of the appliance. We fry the pancakes for a couple of minutes, until small bubbles appear on the damp surface. Using a thin spatula, turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry for a couple of minutes.
