Easter cottage cheese with boiled condensed milk and candied fruits

For the bright holiday of Easter, I would like to cook something special that would delight the whole family. Easter cottage cheese is the most delicate dessert that will ideally complete the Easter meal and will please everyone at home. Let's cook it with boiled condensed milk and candied fruits. And for the texture, add some crushed nuts.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
To prepare the curd mass, it is convenient to use a blender - the curd does not have to be wiped through a sieve, since the device will break all the grains so well. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add soft butter, sour cream to it, add boiled condensed milk.
step 2 out of 5
We mix all the ingredients in a blender bowl, while simultaneously grinding them until a homogeneous, smooth mass is obtained.
step 3 out of 5
Chop the nuts pre-fried in a dry frying pan into small crumbs. Cut candied fruits into small pieces. Add nuts and candied fruits to the curd mass, mix.
step 4 out of 5
We line the pasochny from the inside with gauze folded in two or three layers. We fill the form with the prepared curd mass. Raise the edges of the gauze up and close the curd mass. We put a small load on top, for example, a can or a bottle of water. We put the entire structure in the refrigerator for ten to twelve hours - the curd mass should thicken, and the excess whey should drain. Do not forget to put a plate under the Easter pan to drain the whey.
step 5 out of 5
From the finished Easter, remove the oppression, open the cheesecloth and carefully turn the dessert onto a serving dish. Optionally, the Easter surface can be decorated with pastry sprinkles, grated chocolate.
Bon Appetit!
