Pour warm milk into a bowl for kneading dough, add half the amount of flour specified in the recipe, add a bag of dry yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix everything well. This will be our dough for the test. Put the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place so that the yeast starts to work and the dough goes well.
During this time, fill the raisins with hot water for 20 minutes and then rinse. You can wipe off excess moisture with a tissue. After 2 hours, when your dough has come up and doubled in volume, put the raisins to it, stir so that the raisins are evenly distributed in the dough, and leave for another 20 minutes for proofing.
