Raisins must be soaked in boiling water and left to "rest" for about 5-7 minutes (some housewives soak raisins in cognac overnight to add a pleasant aroma). After this time, it is necessary to thoroughly rinse under running cold running water and dry. Then, sprinkle the dried raisins with one tablespoon of flour and mix, so that our raisins are evenly distributed in the dough.
We lay out the finished dough in forms, but, before reaching half, by about 2/5, since during the cooking process, the dough will grow several times. In the middle of the dough, make a small depression and put a small cube of butter. And we put "rest" in a warm place. When the dough rises, we send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 40 minutes (depending on the size of the molds and the oven itself).
